Cecil Arenas is player vs. player dueling arenas only.  Here on Cecil Arenas you get unlimited and newbied bags, armour, weapons, special potions that have unlimited uses, band-aids and mounts. You can also set your weight to hold an unlimited amount of items.  You don't lose a thing when you die and everything is free as well as no spell requires reagents to cast. You get GM in every skill and 100 in each stat.  All you have to do is click the blue God Stone when you log on and you're ready to rock.  Accounts are insta auto created so just log on and PvP away.
